Online course purchases grant a single-user, non-expiring license to access the purchased course content for personal study. Course materials may not be redistributed, resold, or shared outside of your household without a group licensing agreement.
Print study guide orders are fulfilled separately from online course access and are subject to standard shipping timelines.
SignalCrest Academy provides educational content covering the current FCC amateur radio question pool. While our courses are designed to thoroughly prepare students, we do not guarantee a passing score on any FCC examination.
Refund requests for online courses are considered within 14 days of purchase provided course completion is under 20%. Contact support to initiate a request.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
